I don't think she has enough layers on!!hahahahashe looks like that kid from "A Christmas Story". He was Ralphie's younger brother and when his mother got him ready for school in his snow boots, snow pants, 3 sweaters, jacket and oversized scarf, he cried that he couldn't put his arms down!
