So, today my wonderful friend Angela came to take our family pictures.....oh my!Rhylie was all over the place. She didn't want to sit down, but when Angela went to take a picture of just Brian and I then she wanted to be front and center.
Angela showed her what button to push to make the camera flash, then she wanted to take pictures. She would get right in front of the camera and give her best smile.
Then, I got the bright idea, "Oh, let's get a picture with her holding her presents."
Yes, it was a bad idea. Then she wanted to open her presents.
To say the least, it was hectic, but I am sure that she got some good pictures and bless Angela's heart for her patience. Hopefully she dind't go home thinking that my child was absolutely crazy....afterall, Rhylie did take a liking to her. So, Angela, if you're reading this...THANK YOU! Not only for putting up with us, but for coming out to our house to take our pictures. We really appreciate it! :)

I adore Rhylie and I get such a kick out of all her antics. You're so lucky to have her and Brian and such a wonderful family.
On Angela's website, she used a quote about 7 million wonders in the eyes of a child above Rhylie's picture. Reading that quote and seeing Rhylie's incredible blue eyes brought tears to my eyes and goose bumps to my skin. There's hardly a day that goes by when I don't think about how fortunate I am to have my kids and my grandkids living nearby. Being a grandma is more than I ever thought it could be! Angela, you take wonderfully expressive photos -- even those that aren't of Rhylie!
